In 2018, we were awarded by WASREB AS THE Best Utility in Customer Servce during the Impact Report that is normally held annually. This is a result of every effort we put in place as utility to ensure that you are happy and and satisfied as a customer.

Our Customers are at the centre of our Business and we offer Bespoke services to ensure that they receive quality service. We have an established 8am-5pm Customer Experience centre at our head office at Nafaka House, along Oginga Odinga street in the Central Business District, a 12 hour hotline – 0700 517 517 or 0755 517 517 to attend to your queries via phone.
